David Still has over 30 years of IT recruiting experience. His career began with U.S. Navy working with digital electronics, long-range missile computer operations and equipment calibration. He worked for IBM until college graduation, joining AFLAC Insurance in software development and project management. This lead to IT consulting services and account management, branch management and corporate operations. David has served in corporate and agency environments holding positions such as Sales Director, Recruiting Director, Corporate Controller, Vice President of Marketing, Managing Director and President. He proudly served as National Practice Leader for Technology and Southeast District Manager for Korn/Ferry Futurestep managing large RPO staffing projects. As a RPO project leader and recruiting specialist, he worked with Coca-Cola, BMW, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Gold Kist, AIG, Deloitte, OCI Chemical, AFLAC, KARE Distribution, CD Group, Primex Wireless, L’Occitane, Voucherry, Affordable Residential Communities, ULINE, MetLife, Asurion, WaCA, Coach, Calero Software and AT&T. He has supported recruiting staffing projects ranging from 20 to 960 employee hires.
In 1993, Mr. Still formed ProSelect Resources. He has become a household name in the Atlanta area and has a deep network of contacts throughout the Southeast. He is admired for his integrity, ethics and customer service. He serves as President and CEO overseeing all business matters relating to ProSelect Resources.
David earned a Bachelor’s Business Administration in Marketing from Columbus State University and has served in leadership and Board of Director roles for a number of non-profit organizations.
He served as 2015 Chapter President for Association for Information Technology Professionals (AITP), Founder of AITP Executive Advisory Council, Founder of AITP JobLink Newsletter and Founder of GeorgiaJobs.com (a Statewide Community Service Project).
Phil Burdett has worked in executive and senior IT leadership roles for over 20 years prior to joining ProSelect Resources. His last two roles were CIO for a Human Resource Solutions business and CTO for an IT infrastructure services business. He has led many successful large-scale projects across the applications and infrastructure landscape, so he understands the challenge of finding the right person for the job.
Phil’s passion is operations where he helps ProSelect Resources reach its business goals so our professional staff can focus on the client’s requirements and permanent placement needs. As a successful IT leader, he brings to ProSelect Resources experience in execution excellence and a commitment to customer focus. Phil joined ProSelect Resources in late 2015.
Phil earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Information Systems from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA. Phil is one of the rare native Atlanta people. He now resides on the majestic shoreline of Lake Hartwell in Georgia with his wife.
Chris Testa has extensive, broad-based knowledge of the IT, software, telecommunications, and utility industry, having served in various project management leadership roles. As a result, Chris has a deep network of PMO and technical contacts across the US.
Chris started his career by working for 16 years in all 5 divisions of an investor owned utility. His experience included significant time in IT, engineering, customer service, strategy, and operations. Chris managed major projects which included a $30M GIS project and a $450M smart grid project.
In 2007, Chris joined Sensus, a smart grid and IoT provider specializing in secure RF networks and “big data”, and worked for 5 years in two key PMO leadership positions.
In 2012, Chris was tapped to join Landis+Gyr as the Director-PMO. He was responsible for the management and execution of hundreds of smart grid projects, including many international projects. Chris was also instrumental in landing a $2B smart grid contract.
Chris later worked for GeoDigital International. It was here that Chris met David Still, and joined ProSelect Resources in early 2016.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and a M.B.A. from Loyola University Maryland. He is Six Sigma trained and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Tricia Holder has over twenty-two years of management / business development experience and over twelve years of human resource consulting, recruiting, talent acquisition experience.
As a Managing Partner with Media Technology Associates, Tricia managed national accounts including Turner Broadcasting, HDTV, COX, Discovery Channel, etc. She developed and implemented marketing plans to continuously keep clients and prospects informed of industry changes and services that met their evolving needs. She also developed and managed training center programs to meet her clients’ evolving needs.
Tricia also served as VP of Business Development for Source2, a national staffing and RPO recruitment firm. She focused on developing new relationships via out bound marketing and assessing the recruiting needs of existing clients and prospects. She customized solutions based on clients’ needs, processes, and challenges and presented business analytics and intelligence to business owners and C-level executives enabling them to save up to 30% on their hiring costs.
Tricia recently joined ProSelect to focus on sales and marketing.
Tricia Holder is currently is a Tocqueville Cabinet member. She serves on the Planning Committee for the Women’s Leadership Breakfast for the United Way and she also serves as a United Way Investment Volunteer. She was formerly the President of the Atlanta Women’s Network.
Tricia holds a Bachelor Degree from Vanderbilt University.
